On the occasion of her retrospective “Soy Energía” at Haus der Kunst Munich, Sandra Vásquez de la Horra meets Cecilia Vicuña for a public conversation. Moderated by curator Jana Baumann, the dialogue brings together two influential Chilean artists to reflect on exile, memory, spirituality, and resistance.

Lima-based artist Fátima Rodrigo has been selected by Salta art’s jury and the City of Munich Department of Arts and Culture to participate in the AIR-M Ebenböckhaus Residency in Munich from July 7th to September 24th, 2026. The residency is a collaboration between the City of Munich Department of Arts and Culture and Salta art, in partnership with ERA Foundation.

Buenos Aires–based artist Emilia de las Carreras (b. 1988) has been selected by Salta art’s jury and the City of Munich Department of Arts and Culture to participate in the AIR-M Ebenböckhaus Residency in Munich from July 7th to September 24th, 2026. Munich-based artist Giulia Zabarella was selected by Salta art’s jury in collaboration with Pivô to participate in the Pivô Salvador Residency in Salvador da Bahia from May 1st to June 30th, 2026.

The new Salta art Studio Grant supports recently graduated, Munich-based artists with five months of shared studio access in Maxvorstadt (February–June 2026), including a materials budget and access to MakerSpace Munich. The grant fosters artistic exchange and supports artists at a formative stage of their practice.

In 2026, the grant is awarded to Carmen Arias.
